Job summary

Wolfe, a Pittsburgh-based FinTech company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead systems, workflows, and reporting for a high-volume marketing function on site in Pittsburgh. You will partner with marketing leadership to embed AI-driven process improvements and manage cross-channel coordination across content, paid media, and creative.

You will drive operational cadence, track initiatives, and build dashboards to enable leaders to act with speed and clarity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations or related cross-functional roles.
• Strong technical proficiency with tracking tools.
• Experience building tracking systems, prioritization frameworks, and reporting cadences.
• Proven ability to coordinate across digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Managing, tracking, prioritizing, and helping the team meet dates for the Marketing items on the teams plate.
• Track key marketing initiatives and open action items across the full channel mix, maintaining a single system of record so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Document key marketing decisions, action items, and priorities, ensuring ownership is assigned and follow-through occurs until completion.
• Coordinate day-to-day handoffs between marketing's functional areas to close ownership and timing gaps.
• Monitor performance and operational metrics across marketing initiatives, surfacing risks or delays needing leadership attention.
• Build and run the recurring operating cadence (status reviews, check-ins, reporting) for marketing initiatives.
• Identify and implement at least 2 to 3 process or automation improvements that reduce manual tracking.
