Job summary

Intuit’s ProTax Group Marketing Operations team seeks an experienced marketer-ops professional in Frisco, TX to own end-to-end marketing systems and data workflows. You will partner with marketing, finance, sales, care, product, and program management to drive revenue and customer delight through operational excellence.

You will translate business objectives into clear requirements, drive AI-enabled improvements, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support continuity and iteration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, business analysis, systems analysis, revenue operations, production support, data analytics, or technical project management, with demonstrated growth in scope and ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strategic Thinking: demonstrated customer obsession and curiosity; ability to prioritize and sequence work for maximum impact; comfortable solving ambiguous cross-functional problems while mitigating risk.
• Impactful Influence: excellent communication skills with ability to build stakeholder buy-in using data-driven insights.
• Technology & Data Acumen: experience leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and business outcomes, with understanding of end-to-end data flows across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a functional area, partnering with business and technical teams to drive marketing systems and initiatives forward.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear, well-structured requirements, and build cross-functional alignment using data-driven perspective.
• Determine right technology solutions and configurations; evaluate build vs. buy vs AI-augmented approaches.
• Own creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans to ensure quality outcomes.
• Analyze data sets to identify root causes, resolve workflow failures, and surface risks before they become issues.
• Identify and lead opportunities for improvement and automation in a functional area, including AI tools and workflows.
