You will partner with marketing, finance, sales, and product teams to drive revenue and customer delight through operational excellence and AI-enabled improvements.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into clear requirements, evaluating build vs. buy vs AI-augmented approaches, and owning UAT plans to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, business analysis, systems analysis, revenue operations, production support, data analytics, or technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strategic Thinking and data-driven decision making in cross-functional settings.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and outcomes; understanding end-to-end data flows across systems.
• Operational excellence with ownership, velocity, and risk management on projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a functional area, partnering with business and technical teams to drive marketing initiatives forward.
• Translate objectives and customer needs into clear requirements with cross-functional alignment.
• Select and evaluate tech solutions (build vs buy vs AI-augmented) to fit needs.
• Create and execute User Acceptance Testing plans for quality outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, surface risks, and improve workflows.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and streamlining operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement end-to-end workflows.
• Gain stakeholder buy-in across marketing, finance, sales, care, product, and program management.
• Maintain comprehensive process and system documentation for continuity.
