Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Marketing Operations leader to build and scale an AI-enabled revenue engine and drive AI maturity across the go-to-market motion. You will own the operational backbone, analytics, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth.

In this senior role, you will manage the marketing tech stack, dashboards, and collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations, while leading AI adoption and governance for responsible scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Marketing Operations with progressive responsibility.
• Experience building infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly evolving environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption within a marketing or RevOps org.

Responsibilities

• Define operational priorities aligned with GTM and business goals.
• Own Marketing's AI maturity roadmap and governance across the funnel.
• Evolve the marketing tech stack and ensure integrated system operations.
• Drive testing and optimization of scoring, segmentation, and routing.
• Build dashboards and reporting for campaign performance and pipeline impact.
• Align with Sales on leads SLAs and quarterly targets.
• Manage agencies, budgets, and vendor relationships.
