Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing operations, technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on automation with Airtable, Zapier or n8n and Canva automation.
• Comfort working across GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and AI coding/assistant tools to build lightweight internal tools and dashboards.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Google Analytics.
• Strong English reading and writing comprehension.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Drive, or SharePoint.
• Understanding of workflow automation and marketing operations.
• Ability to follow SOPs and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated workflows across our tech stack.
• Build and manage automations in Zapier or n8n to connect marketing tools.
• Set up automated design production in Canva for at-scale asset generation.
• Support project and workflow tracking in Smartsheet.
• Use GitHub, Claude Cowork, Supabase, and Vercel to support internal marketing tools.
• Apply ChatGPT, Codex, and other AI tools to streamline content production, QA, and reporting.
• Monitor and report on campaign and website performance using Google Analytics.
• Prepare content for social media scheduling platforms and email campaigns.
• Maintain marketing asset library and onboarding materials.
• Produce marketing adoption reports and dashboards.
• Support Mortgage Advisor onboarding with launch materials and content calendars.
