Job summary

biBERK, the Stamford-based marketing analytics team, seeks a technically minded Marketing Analyst to scale digital analytics and performance reporting. You will build and maintain dashboards with Python (Streamlit) or R (Shiny) and drive GA4 attribution across paid channels.

You will leverage Claude/LLMs to accelerate code generation and automate data pipelines within an Azure environment, collaborating with marketing and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as CS, Economics, Math, Statistics or Data Science.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Stamford, CT to attend monthly strategy sessions.
• Proficient in Python (Streamlit) and/or R (Shiny) for web apps and data visualization.
• Deep GA4 knowledge and Google Ads management; Claude/LLMs for code automation is a plus.
• Foundational Azure cloud understanding for data storage or hosting web apps.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support interactive analytics dashboards using Python or R.
• Champion generative AI tools to accelerate dashboard delivery and data pipelines.
• Integrate marketing data streams within Azure ecosystem and support data warehouse migrations.
• Maintain GA4, event tracking, and lead attribution across digital channels.
• Plan and evaluate media testing, including Conversion Lift and A/B experiments.
