Berkshire Hathaway Direct Insurance Company (biBERK) is seeking a Marketing Analyst to scale digital marketing analytics and performance reporting from Stamford, CT. This hybrid role blends growth marketing, data science, and web apps, using Python/Streamlit or R/Shiny, GA4, and Azure.

You will build real-time dashboards, optimize attribution, and drive investment decisions across channels, leveraging Claude/LLMs for code and automation in a data-rich Azure environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or BI.
• Degree in a quantitative field (CS/Economics/Math/Stats/Data Science).
• Must reside within commuting distance to Stamford, CT for in-office days.
• Proficiency in Python (Streamlit) and/or R (Shiny) for web apps and data viz.
• Deep expertise in GA4 event tracking and Google Ads management.

Responsibilities

• Production dashboard engineering using Python (Streamlit) or R (Shiny).
• AI-accelerated development using Claude within marketing ops.
• Azure-based data integration and data warehouse support.
• Maintain GA4/Google Ads tracking architectures and attribution.
• Design and evaluate media tests, including Conversion Lift and A/B studies.
