Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a Market Research Analyst II to design and execute analytics that inform pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans. You will partner with product and business teams to guide decisions using data-driven insights.

You will lead analytics projects end to end, automate data workflows, and apply text mining/AI-assisted analysis to customer feedback, delivering clear visuals and actionable recommendations to cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or market research.
• Experience leading analytical projects and market research programs.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python or R for data prep and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent visualization, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects end to end from defining business questions to delivering insights.
• Build and automate workflows integrating customer, product usage and sales data.
• Lead text mining and AI-assisted analysis of customer feedback to identify insights.
• Communicate findings through visualizations, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Partner with strategy, product analytics, managers and researchers to prioritize customer discovery insights.
