CDW is seeking an experienced Insights Manager to develop, operationalize and distribute actionable insights that improve Marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives. This role translates market trends, customer voices, competitive analysis, and industry research to drive customer relevancy.

The role emphasizes adoption of personas, self-service access to research, and influencing annual planning across campaigns, content, targeting and customer experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Track macroeconomic trends and translate into Marketing and Sales recommendations.
• Develop and operationalize customer personas using data, surveys and interviews.
• Design and execute custom market research with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Translate VOC feedback into prioritized insights and clear, actionable recommendations.
• Manage third-party data, research vendors and partnerships, and democratize access to insights via self-service resources.
• Foster innovation through campaign experimentation and debriefs; translate results into repeatable practices.
