Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Solution Manager for Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations, remote nationwide in the United States. You will design, build, test, and scale differentiated AI-enabled manufacturing solutions, combining domain knowledge with data platforms, ontologies, and responsible AI practices.

You will lead the end-to-end development of AI-based solutions, create reusable components, and enable pursuit and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on solution engineering across manufacturing operations, data, AI, and integration.
• Experience with AI models, data platforms, and scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of data ontologies, knowledge graphs, and RAG concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, development, testing, and improvement of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Translate manufacturing problems into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead prototype development from concept to working solution and industrialization.
