Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will steer strategy, architecture, and reusable assets, collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and solution leaders to turn priority use cases into production-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing or related field.
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience spanning AI solution development, industrial data platforms, digital manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience building working AI, data, analytics, or software solutions.
• Experience designing or implementing RAG-based or AI copilot solutions.
• Experience with data modeling across operational and manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and quality standards for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept, architecture, build, test, release, and adoption.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, data, and model requirements with measurable outcomes.
• Govern architecture, responsible AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and release readiness.
• Oversee data platforms connecting MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT, quality, maintenance and other systems.
