Job summary

Moonshot Labs is seeking a Software Developer to design and build custom tools, applications, and AI agents that accelerate the manufacturing business. You’ll work on greenfield software with immediate real-world impact, spanning ERP integration, automation, and AI-driven workflows.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and HR to translate pain points into working software, ship frequently, and raise the company’s operational efficiency with scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with web apps and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience building/integrating AI/LLM-powered tools or automations.

Responsibilities

• Build software with immediate impact and measurable adoption on the floor.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations to handle real workflows.
• Leverage ERP data and other systems to create real-time operational visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and HR.
• Write clean, maintainable code and iterate based on user feedback.
• Implement APIs and integrations with factory-floor hardware and BI tools.
