You will lead projects, apply Grok Build, Codex, and similar tools, and collaborate with IT to ensure security and regulatory compliance. A strong background in manufacturing operations is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in an Operations Systems focused environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or operations processes.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to real business problems.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Lead or support AI-enabled process improvement projects from idea through pilot and scaling.
• Use AI tools to digitize manual processes, build automation, and generate dashboards.
• Analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Define scope, metrics, and plans for cross-functional AI projects and manage stakeholders.
• Document solutions and create user guides to support adoption.
• Stay current on practical AI capabilities for manufacturing and operations.
