Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in a high-mix / high-volume manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and Training to identify AI use cases.
• Lead pilots, data readiness, trial design, and sustainment on the shop floor.
• Develop lightweight AI-enabled plant apps using IT/AI standards for security and governance.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for plant AI solutions from design to deployment and validation.
• Integrate APIs and data services into user-facing tools and document controls.
• Establish KPIs, control plans, and visual management to sustain gains.
