Job summary

The Talent Mine is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to work in Cincinnati and Indianapolis, blending engineering depth with business acumen to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams, deliver end-to-end data/AI pipelines, and operate in a high-visibility role with travel up to 25% and on-site work primarily in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in a technical role (Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Technical Consultant, or similar).
• Strong Python skills plus at least one additional language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, etc.).
• Track record of designing and deploying production applications, integrations, and data/AI solutions end-to-end — including pipelines and operationalization.
• Solid grasp of enterprise systems, APIs, and data flows.

Responsibilities
