Job summary

HellermannTyton COE is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead a portfolio of AI initiatives across manufacturing operations in North America. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to define problems, build cases, and deliver measurable outcomes that reduce waste and drive revenue growth.

You will manage the program roadmap, ensure stage-gate delivery, and embed AI into business processes while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project/Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years leading data/AI/automation programs with manufacturing operations; proven labor hour avoidance and hard dollar benefits.
• Mastery of program management (business cases, roadmaps, stage gates, financials).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Discov er opportunities through stakeholder interviews and translate objectives into AI project requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives by value, impact, labor hour avoidance, and risk.
• Oversee data/IT infrastructure development to support AI program roadmap.
• Ensure ownership of AI workflows by business stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Partner with Legal/HR on data privacy and IT risk governance.
