Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems, application support, or a related technical role.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and application integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, code repositories, version control, and basic software testing/deployment.
• Understanding of IT systems, authentication, access management, and application troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, including HRIS, LIMS, and other business/manufacturing systems.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between internal and third-party applications using APIs and scripts.
• Support company-developed applications and code repositories by troubleshooting issues and assisting with releases.
• Contribute to internal AI initiatives and automation projects by supporting development and integrating new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to troubleshoot software applications for production and lab operations.
• Investigate and resolve application issues and integration failures with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and system configurations.
• Work with IT, HR, Engineering, Operations to understand requirements and implement solutions.
