Job summary

You will bridge IT and operations, implement integrations, and support software releases on the plant floor. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and HR teams to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems, application support, systems analysis, software integration, or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git, code repositories, and basic testing and deployment processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between internal and third-party applications.
• Support company-developed applications and code repositories by troubleshooting issues, modifying existing code, implementing improvements, and assisting with software releases.
• Contribute to internal AI initiatives and automation projects by supporting application development, maintaining existing solutions, and integrating new capabilities into business workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to troubleshoot and improve software applications supporting production and laboratory operations.
• Investigate and resolve application issues, integration failures, and software-related problems in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, code changes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Work with IT, HR, Engineering, Operations, and other departments to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions.
