Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead MES and production data infrastructure across the Consumer Technology unit.

You will define standards and govern data across ERP, MES, PLM, and QMS, enabling scalable, traceable production operations. As a technical leader, you will drive NPI support, manufacturing transfers, and digital manufacturing initiatives while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, manufacturing engineering, NPI, industrial engineering, operations technology, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in ERP, MES, PLM, QMS, and manufacturing execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and IT.
• Guide manufacturing readiness activities for major product launches, transfers, and capacity expansion programs.
• Conduct executive reviews regarding manufacturing systems readiness, risk mitigation, and implementation plans.
• Identify systemic manufacturing execution risks and lead long-term corrective actions.
