Job summary

Augment is seeking an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end onboarding for customers and to coach a team of Customer Success Representatives in Chicago, IL. You will drive go-lives, optimize carrier and 3PL workflows, and integrate AI-driven automation across customer operations.

You will lead a doer-focused role, working hybrid in the Chicago area, with 5+ years in logistics software and 3+ years leading customer-facing teams. Experience with TMS and API/automation is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in supply chain and logistics software implementation, client delivery, and solution architect roles.
• Minimum 3+ years leading customer-facing teams in logistics tech startups.
• Strong knowledge in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation tech, or 3PL operations.
• Strong knowledge of TMS systems, 3rd-party logistics platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience managing large-scale customer integrations and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Background in process optimization, program management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Scope, execute, and coordinate all implementation activities with external and internal stakeholders with minimal oversight.
• Translate abstract workflow vision into executable tasks and drive a vigorous drum beat to execute.
• Lead and develop a team of CSRs to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Oversee customer go-live and hypercare processes with fast response times and issue resolution.
• Optimize workflows for freight brokerages, carriers, and 3PLs with AI integration.
• Monitor client performance and address adoption gaps.
• Standardize training and best practices for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Act as escalation point with engineering and product teams to resolve challenges.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to improve AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Leader to align execution strategies.
