Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Project & Implementation Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives in Contract Logistics, drive ATLAS program delivery, and translate initiatives into actionable project plans across regions.

You will partner with global leaders, oversee product development and solution design, manage deployments, and advance AI-enabled transformation to improve productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations (required).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in logistics, contract logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or operations management.
• 5+ years in project/ program management, implementation, or business transformation with global experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATLAS strategy execution, planning, governance, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Support contract logistics product development and solution design, including value propositions.
• Drive strategic implementation projects, onboarding programs, facility launches, and transformations.
• Advance AI enablement, automation, analytics, KPI development, and digital transformation.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and status updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with global leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
• Performs other duties as assigned and ensure policy compliance.
