Job summary

FlowX.AI is seeking a Field Strategist, Logistics to bridge how freight operations run with FlowX’s AI solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll translate operations pain into business cases and engage VP-level buyers to secure multi-million-dollar deals.

You will partner with sales, presales, and product teams to map customer tech stacks, drive RFPs, and validate proofs of concept in warehousing, transport, or brokerage workflows. NYC-based.

Qualifications

• Extensive freight and logistics operations background.
• Experience presenting to VP/C-level buyers.
• Proven track record with KPI ownership.
• Deep knowledge of tender/RFP processes.
• Experience with enterprise sales in AI-in-logistics.
• Familiarity with freight tech stack and contract cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and presales to run discovery workshops with logistics prospects.
• Translate operational pain into defensible business cases for buyers.
• Represent operator view to procurement leaders, speaking OTIF and cost metrics.
• Map customer tech stacks to FlowX platform capabilities and identify integrations.
• Support RFP/bid conversations and rate negotiations.
