Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation seeks an experienced AI solutions manager to lead development and implementation of AI across our global units. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership and collaborate with the GBU Innovation manager to deliver safer, smarter, and more sustainable project outcomes.

The role focuses on integrating AI into how we design, build, and deliver mega-projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in related field.
• 15–20 years of AI, data science, or digital transformation experience that combine technical delivery with business impact.
• Experience delivering AI solutions within complex enterprise environments and driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on AI and data science implementations across GBUs.
• Advise leadership on where AI can deliver cross-functional value across engineering, construction, and operations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and IT to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Oversee pilots, testing, deployment, and scaling of AI initiatives across projects.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, explainable, and compliant with governance standards.
• Embed AI capabilities into core business processes and digital workflows.
