Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC, a fast-growing US logistics company, is seeking a technically oriented professional to build AI-powered tools, dashboards, and automations. You will partner with operations, sales and support to identify pain points and turn them into efficiencies.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Reno, NV, with Lake Tahoe nearby and no state income tax. You’ll own the design quality end-to-end, from prototyping to production deployment, delivering measurable business results and

Qualifications

Build working software with modern AI tools; portfolio matters more than years of experience.
Self-starting and relentlessly curious: finds problems and brings ideas forward.
Strong judgment on product design and usability with emphasis on excellence.
Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field, or equivalent demonstrated ability/experience.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered tools, dashboards, and automations to a working prototype at 95-99% completion, then hand off with clear documentation for security review and production deployment.
Own design quality from usability to handoff documentation.
Partner with operations, sales and support teams to identify pain points and turn them into efficiencies.
Collect feedback in real time. Deliver, measure, iterate, improve.
Operate self-sufficiently on technical fundamentals using AI tools.
Within six months, deploy multiple tools into real use cases with measurable business results.
