Norm Law is building a top AI-native law firm, bringing together attorneys, legal engineers, and software engineers to rethink how legal services are delivered. We are seeking an Operations Manager to work with the Head of Norm Law Operations to help build and manage the processes, systems, and projects that support the firm’s continued growth.

As a manager on the Operations team, you will turn business priorities into operational plans and take ownership of execution.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to turn complex discussions into clear actions.
• Proven experience managing strategic projects and driving execution in fast-paced environments.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, thrives solving tough problems.
• Independent with high ownership; able to get things done without heavy support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for firm initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, deadlines and dependencies, and resolving issues.
• Identify operational gaps and design workflows that improve consistency, efficiency and accountability across the firm.
• Coordinate client onboarding, internal approvals, and recordkeeping with attorneys and teams.
• Work with Operations leadership on resourcing, capacity planning, service delivery for new areas.
• Coordinate technology and vendor rollouts, gather requirements, support adoption, and provide guidance.
• Participate in meetings with partners, synthesize decisions, assign owners and next steps, ensure actions.
• Take ownership of emerging priorities, research and implement approved solutions.
