Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field and 5+ years of data engineering/analytics in professional services preferred.
• Experience designing AI-enabled data pipelines, validation, and governance for legal or enterprise data.
• Proficient Python programming and building reusable automation workflows with AI components.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex data workflows and pipelines.
• Develops Python-based data processing, extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions.
• Creates AI-enabled workflows to extract, classify, summarize, and structure information from diverse data sources.
• Implements structured outputs using JSON schemas with validation and error handling.
• Integrates AI with APIs, databases, and cloud services for scalable solutions.
• Evaluates AI outputs for accuracy and develops validation procedures for legal work.
• Designs human-in-the-loop review and governance for high-risk projects.
• Mentors teammates and aligns analytics with legal and client requirements.
