Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL to develop data-processing and automation solutions.
• Experience incorporating AI, generative AI, ML, NLP into workflows.
• Ability to validate automated or AI-generated outputs for accuracy and reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex data workflows and AI-enabled processing.
• Develop Python-based data processing, extraction, classification, transformation, and reporting solutions.
• Create AI-driven workflows to extract, classify, summarize, and structure information from diverse data sources.
• Implement structured AI outputs with schema-based processing and quality control.
• Integrate AI capabilities with APIs, databases, and cloud services for scalable solutions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and reliability; develop validation procedures.
• Design human-in-the-loop review processes for higher-risk workflows.
• Establish governance and standards for responsible AI use in analytics workflows.
• Prototype AI-enabled self-service tools to automate repetitive data tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys and tech teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Mentor team members on data extraction, automation, and analytics tools.
