Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Legal Data Analyst Lead to design, build, and steward AI-enabled data solutions for legal matters and client engagements. You will oversee data pipelines, automation, and analytics projects across large data sets in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

You will guide teams in data extraction, transformation, and validation, applying responsible AI practices and ensuring high-quality outputs for client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in data engineering, analytics, or related field.
• Experience applying AI/ML/NLP to data workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex data workflows and pipelines.
• Develops Python-based solutions for data processing and reporting.
• Designs AI-enabled workflows to extract, classify, and summarize information from diverse data sources.
• Creates structured AI workflows with prompt engineering, JSON outputs, validation, and QA procedures.
• Integrates AI with Python, APIs, databases, and cloud services for scalable analytics.
• Evaluates AI outputs for accuracy and reliability, establishing validation procedures.
