Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Legal Data Analyst Lead to design, develop, and maintain data-driven, AI-enabled solutions supporting legal matters and client engagements. You will oversee complex data pipelines and collaborate with attorneys and technical teams to deliver scalable analytics.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering/analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with AI workflows. This position is based in one of our U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in data engineering, analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML into data workflows.
• Proven ability to translate legal/business requirements into data solutions.
• Mentoring or guiding junior engineers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains data workflows, pipelines, and AI-enabled processing.
• Develops Python-based data processing, extraction, and reporting solutions.
• Creates AI-enabled workflows for extracting/structuring info from diverse data sources.
• Validates AI outputs with robust quality-control procedures.
• Collaborates with attorneys and tech teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Guides and mentors team members on data tooling and analytics processes.
