• Delivers a variety of programs to in-person and virtual audiences.
• Provides stand-up classroom instruction and program data analysis.
• Reviews materials for quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Fosters relationships across HR, business units and external partners.
• Generates program data reports and uses metrics to identify opportunities.
