In this role, you will help faculty and staff build confidence using Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools through engaging, practical, and responsible learning experiences.
As an educator, facilitator, and learner‑support resource, you will guide participants with varying levels of technical experience while promoting responsible AI adoption across the Duke community. This is an exciting opportunity to support workforce transformation and help shape how AI is used in everyday work.
This is a grant-funded term position expected to continue through the funded project period, subject to continued funding and institutional requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, learning sciences, information science, computer science, data science, communications, organizational development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Two years of experience delivering training, facilitating adult learning, supporting learning technologies, providing technical consultation or user support, coordinating educational programs, or performing related work. Experience with artificial intelligence tools, digital learning programs, or technology‑enabled workforce development is preferred.
Note: This role does not require Git, APIs, coding, custom agent development, embeddings, full‑stack frameworks, container platforms, authentication systems or microservice development.
This position is Hybrid eligible. The position is partially remote, and the employee must reside in a Duke University‑approved state.
