You will drive a connected studio model, oversee AI-native design systems, manage vendor relationships, and ensure scalable, high-quality learning assets for domestic and global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design with 2+ years in people management or operational lead role.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR/ED/OD/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years building expert-level eLearning in Articulate 360.
• GenAI experience using Synthesia and LLMs for design workflows.
• Video editing skills with Premiere Pro/CapCut/Camtasia and audio editing.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployment, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage US-based contingent workers and vendors with coaching and performance management.
• Mentor team in Articulate 360 techniques and GenAI production workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end content production for US and India expansion.
• Implement AI-native design systems and asset libraries to scale production.
• Govern AI usage and ensure ethical, pedagogical integrity.
