Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design with leadership or operations experience.
• Assoc/ Bach degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years building expert-level eLearning in Articulate 360 with strong visuals.
• GenAI: experience using ChatGPT/Claude for instructional design workflows.
• Video editing skills and audio editing to produce high-fidelity assets.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployment, cross-device testing.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present concise updates.
• Experience managing high-volume production studios and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a US-based contingent team and vendors with coaching and performance reviews.
• Mentor team in Articulate 360 techniques and GenAI production workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end content production for US and India expansion, meeting quotas.
• Establish QA gates, technical standards, and accessibility compliance.
• Strategize AI-native design systems and scalable asset libraries.
• Standardize intake-to-build handoffs aligning with Brand Identity.
• Govern AI use for persona and asset creation; stay current on GenAI tooling.
• Monitor content performance data to drive updates and maintenance.
• Communicate capacity, risks, and blockers to leadership to avoid delivery failures.
