Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI-assisted tools, copilots, and automation solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience mapping and optimizing complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve onboarding and training workflows.
• Analyze and optimize processes to standardize workflows prior to automation.
• Track and report on process improvements including efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
