Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to redesign and optimize onboarding, on-the-job training, and technical training workflows using AI and automation. You will build AI copilots and automation solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate execution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in data science or related field, 3+ years in process improvement or AI/ML, and strong analytical skills to map and optimize complex processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, artificial intelligence or related field.
• 3+ years in process improvement, workflow automation, or AI/ML implementation.
• Experience building or deploying AI-assisted tools, copilots and automation solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience mapping and optimizing complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve onboarding, OJT, and technical training workflows.
• Analyze and optimize processes to standardize workflows prior to automation.
• Develop and pilot AI copilots, agents, and automation using approved platforms.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to embed AI into training development and execution.
• Track and report on process improvements including efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
