Job summary

MIT Sloan Human Resources seeks a Program Manager, Learning & Development to develop and implement a comprehensive learning, leadership, and talent development strategy aligned with Sloan's priorities and future workforce needs.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate programs across leadership, management, onboarding, career development, and internal mobility, and partner with HR, technology, and school leaders to build integrated solutions that grow capability and engagement.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; seven years related experience in consulting and training; experience applying talent management, change management, organizational design and workforce planning principles in large, complex organization; demonstrated ability to assess organizational culture and create interventions; experience developing learning and development strategies; designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs; ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning, leadership, and talent development strategy aligned with Sloan's priorities and future workforce needs.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning, leadership, management, onboarding, and career development programs; lead internal mobility and rotational development initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Sloan leaders, and stakeholders to deliver integrated talent solutions that foster continuous learning and employee engagement.
