PROGRAM MANAGER, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT, Sloan Human Resources, to develop and implement comprehensive learning, leadership, and talent development strategy aligned with Sloan's strategic priorities, future workforce needs, and organizational values; design, deliver, and evaluate learning, leadership, management, career development, and onboarding programs that strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness; develop career frameworks, assessment strategies, coaching resources, and AI-enabled learning initiatives that support employee growth, team effectiveness, and future workforce capabilities; design and lead talent management, succession planning, internal mobility, and rotational development programs that build critical talent pipelines and expand career opportunities; and partner with HR Business Partners, Community Engagement, Sloan Technology Services, leaders, and other stakeholders to develop integrated talent solutions that foster continuous learning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of seven years related experience in consulting and training; experience applying talent management, change management, organizational design and workforce planning principles in large, complex organization; demonstrated ability to assess organizational culture and create and implement appropriate interventions; experience developing and implementing learning and development strategies; designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs; and partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver impactful learning solutions; demonstrate a collaborative approach to accomplish work and the ability to influence cross-functionally through a consultative methodology required; and excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of constituencies in a culturally diverse environment. PREFERRED: Master’s degree; and experience in developing training programs, learning materials and delivering classroom training.
