Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an L&D AI Learning Experience Designer in Atlanta, GA to craft engaging learning solutions that blend instructional design, learning science, UX/UI, and AI tools.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape end-to-end learning journeys across live, virtual, and digital formats. The role emphasizes hands-on AI-enabled content creation, design thinking, and data-driven measurement to improve learner engagement and business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Experience Design.
• Experience creating live, virtual, blended, and digital learning solutions.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI-enabled design/content creation tools.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify learning needs and business goals.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys across live, virtual, and digital formats.
• Develop engaging learning content, assessments, job aids, and performance support materials.
• Utilize AI tools and rapid prototyping to create and test learning solutions.
• Apply design thinking, adult learning principles, and UX/UI best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
• Support learning events, virtual programs, and implementation activities.
• Measure learning effectiveness using data, analytics, and learner feedback.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, data privacy, and content standards.
• Collaborate with Learning Consultants, SMEs, and operations teams on solution delivery.
