The Home Depot is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for associates, applying design expertise, learning science, and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with business partners to translate performance needs into effective solutions from analysis through implementation.

You will drive learning across modalities, including eLearning, ILT, virtual instruction, and mobile formats, while staying current on learning technologies and analytics.

Qualificações

• Design learner-centered experiences across multiple modalities.
• Apply learning science and AI-enabled workflows to improve outcomes.
• Experience with Agile Learning Development or SAM environments.

Responsabilidades

• 50% - Design and develop learning solutions (eLearning, ILT, blended).
• 20% - Collaborate with Learning Strategy Senior Managers and SMEs during analysis and throughout projects.
• 10% - Use standard tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, PowerPoint).
• 10% - Communicate with project team and manage projects.
• 10% - Explore innovative ways to develop associates.
