Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a Content Producer to develop digital learning assets, including microlearning videos, job aids, system training, and eLearning modules.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs, apply templates and AI tools, and ensure content aligns with brand standards while updating materials as processes change. This role offers growth in a fast-paced team and enterprise-scale content production.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in digital content creation, learning, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience creating videos, presentations, or digital content using modern tools.
• Exposure to eLearning or training environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital learning assets including microlearning videos, job aids, system training, and eLearning modules.
• Utilize standardized templates, tools, and design frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to generate scripts, visuals, voiceovers, and learning components to accelerate production.
• Create clear, practical content to support tools, workflows, and operational processes.
• Ensure all content aligns with QXO brand standards, quality guidelines, and user experience expectations.
• Maintain and update existing content to reflect process changes, system updates, and business needs.
• Execute work through established intake and production workflows, including Monday.com tracking and SLAs.
• Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to translate requirements into finished content.
