Job summary

TE Connectivity in Webster, NY is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive the plant’s digital transformation. The role combines Lean, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions to improve performance and implement automation.

Initial site in Webster, NY with a transition to a permanent Rochester location near RIT. Strong focus on Power BI and Power Apps for dashboards and workflows, plus collaboration with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Digitalization, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Smart Manufacturing.
Experience with Lean, VSM, Kaizen, and Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead Lean deployment and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Drive digitalization using Power BI, Power Apps, automated workflows, and smart manufacturing tech.
Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization to support data-driven decisions.
Identify bottlenecks and advance AI, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and CI teams to implement digital projects.
