Upside is seeking a Knowledge Systems Architect to build and design systems for effective documentation and knowledge management. This role will focus on automating documentation workflows, ensuring trustworthiness of knowledge artifacts, and shifting towards an enablement model in their R&D team. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience with knowledge management tools like Confluence and Glean. The position is hybrid based in Austin, TX, with a compensation range of $153,000 to $165,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in knowledge management or information architecture with a strong systems orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and/or Glean.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge management infrastructure design and implementation.
• Automate documentation processes and enhance knowledge observability.
• Drive the shift from a service model to an enablement model within R&D.
