Job summary

Scenario is seeking a senior documentation professional to own a comprehensive knowledge system including docs, support-bot content, in-app copy, and a machine-readable layer for AI assistants. You will audit against top references, publish gap analyses, and ensure docs release in lockstep with new models and features.

You will demonstrate a systems-thinking approach, shipping your own tooling such as a documentation linter or changelog generator, and provide live demos during interviews.

Qualifications

• Senior documentation, knowledge or developer-experience role in AI/DevTools/software.
• Native English with portfolio of layered, structured writing.
• Systems thinker comfortable with taxonomy, versioning and content models.
• Deep AI-native experience building tooling and live demonstrations in interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the full knowledge system: docs, support-bot content, in-app copy, changelog and machine-readable layer.
• Audit against world-class references and publish a gap map.
• Ship docs the day a model or feature ships as a release gate.
