Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining knowledge or content programs at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to drive measurable impact in content workflows.
• Ability to turn complex topics into clear, usable content for humans and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the information architecture of the internal knowledge base.
• Establish content governance standards and quality checks for accuracy.
