Job summary

CVS Health, a leading health services company, seeks a Journey Activation & Optimization Analyst to translate engagement strategy into scalable execution across CRM and journey platforms.

You will own end-to-end customer journeys, work with Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure readiness, monitor performance, and apply AI-enabled automation to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic and technical experience with customer engagement or journey-based programs.
• 3+ years of analytical and technical skills using SQL for data querying and reporting.
• Experience translating business strategy into clear execution requirements across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in journey execution: targeting, segmentation, QA, launch, and monitoring.
• Experience turning data insights into dashboards or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of customer journeys from brief through build, QA, launch, insights, and post-mortem.
• Translate strategic priorities into engagement plans, including targeting rules, offers, content, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Content, and Delivery teams.
• Define requirements for data, orchestration, and workflow execution to ensure scalability.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate audience logic, data inputs, and content readiness.
• Monitor deliverability, incident response, and performance; identify optimization opportunities.
• Apply AI capabilities and automation to optimize journeys and reduce redundant steps.
• Create dashboards for journey outcomes and operational performance.
