CVS Health is seeking a Journey Activation & Optimization Analyst to translate customer engagement strategy into scalable, AI-enabled execution. You will partner across Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Content, and Delivery teams to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement.

You will own the orchestration of customer journeys from brief through build, QA, launch, monitoring, and post-mortem review, leveraging dashboards and AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic and technical roles supporting end-to-end customer engagement.
• 3+ years using SQL for data querying, reporting, and automation.
• 3+ years translating business strategy into execution requirements.
• 3+ years journey execution including QA, launch, and monitoring.
• 3+ years turning data insights into improvements and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of customer journeys from brief to post-mortem.
• Translate priorities into engagement plans, including targeting and offers.
• Partner with Strategy, Data Science, Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Define data, orchestration, and workflow requirements for delivery.
• Conduct UAT to validate audience logic and delivery quality before launch.
• Identify risks and blockers across data, configurations, and integrations.
• Monitor channel health and delivery reliability with incident management.
