Job summary

VVater LLC is seeking a hands-on IT leader to own and run the company’s IT backbone, including infrastructure, cloud, security, and support. You will drive VVater’s AI adoption, build internal tools, and vibe-code internal applications that save hundreds of hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, DevOps engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies, including building AI-powered tools, automations, or agents, and the ability to vibe-code internal applications.
• Proven full-stack development experience; strong command of API development and modern coding languages.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software administration.
• Proficiency in administering cloud services (MS365, Azure, Exchange, Teams, Endpoint, Intune).
• Solid grounding in cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, and channel partner software.
• Broad IT, software, hardware, and technical support capability.
• The ability to learn new technologies, software, and hardware systems fast, without hand-holding.
• Microsoft Certifications: 365 Security Administrator Associate; 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate; CISSP

• Lead VVater’s adoption of AI, automation, and internally built tools across every function.
• Build internal tools and AI agents to boost organization-wide output.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Secure and harden networks and cloud environments, while maintaining reliable IT operations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security policies.
• Provide comprehensive IT support across software, hardware, and networks; coordinate with vendors.
