Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as IT Manager, Systems Administrator, DevOps engineer, or similar leadership role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI tools and building AI-powered tools or agents.
• Proven full-stack development experience; strong API development.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption and integration across the company with modern AI tools.
• Build internal tools, automations, and AI agents to multiply output.
• Vibe-code internal applications and workflows for rapid builds.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions into existing systems and business processes.
• Write and maintain code across modern languages; ensure full-stack capability.
• Connect and integrate CRM, CPQ, ERP, and partner tools; build dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Implement and manage IT security measures and policies.
• Own and administer the Microsoft cloud environment; manage servers, networks, storage.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure data integrity.
• Provide comprehensive IT support across software, hardware, and network components.
