Qualifications

3+ years in enterprise IT support engineering.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, and endpoint management.
Experience with Windows and macOS support.
Experience with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and ITSM tooling.
Excellent written and verbal communication; capable with senior users.

Responsibilities

Monitor helpdesk, log and resolve incidents, and escalate when needed.
Administer Windows users, endpoints, and mobile devices; support phones and telephony.
Adhere to information security protocols and assist audits.
Maintain knowledge base and train peers; support AI tooling adoption; travel as required.
