Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with senior business users.

Familiar with AI-augmented workflows and willingness to adopt new AI tooling.

Responsibilities

Monitor the helpdesk system and respond within set service levels.
Log, document, and resolve issues; escalate to engineering or vendors when needed.
Assist with onboarding and office configurations; support video conferencing setups.
